Hey guys.
I'm A. D. and I've been on the forum off and on. We started with Tapas and eventually went over to Line Webtoon. We experienced a much larger audience there, but now I question its legitimacy. Here, I know that every subscriber we have is a real person.
This year we've had to endure a lot from Line, from going to 200 subs a day to barely 200 a month, if that. To this day, I have no idea what they have done to completely and totally destroy newer comics getting exposure. I've been tenacious for the past six months trying to survive it, but the $400 monthly income we got from them was extremely important, and now it's completely gone and will be gone for a long time, potentially permanently if they can't figure out why we suddenly and totally lost our quickly growing audience base.
So, with humility, I'm coming back to Tapastic where our audience has been steadily growing the entire time. Not explosive like LWT, but steady. We intend to fully convert to full color and "webtoon" format, and drop the manga pages (though we are still making them as well for print, they just won't be here.) The first 4 pages are already converted to color, and we intend to re-draw many pages, re-write a few, and color them all.
We feel we are building a quality product and have an engaging story. We welcome and encourage you to come check us out, and we'll be a lot more attentive in the comments and here on the forum.
Thanks everyone!
A. D. and the LT team
