aww man...right when i started my water fast week XD Got a really good chilli recipe (can make it vegan as well):
-1 red chili
2 thai peppers
1-jalapeno
-1onion, diced
-ground beef (skip if veg)
-sausage (cheap one)
-2 tsp ground cumin
-1tsp cinammon & cocoa powder each
-tomato paste can,
1 beer can 33cl
-2cups beer broth
-baked beans can
-another bean source (lentil, kidney, red, etc..)
canned tomatoes, chopped.
- cook meats until bornwed
- add all spices, tomato paste, broth, beans and diced tomatoes. lower to simmer, uncovered for 2hours ish.
- top with sour cream or cheese.
perfect for autumn months
