First of all, change your font. Just do it. Comic Sans is like speaking to someone in the voice of Barney the Dinosaur. It may not seem like much to you, but it's hard for anyone who knows a thing or two about font to take your comic seriously...because everyone is speaking like Barney the Dinosaur. I suggest you Google some good fonts (the actual term is "typeface") for a comic or go onto one of the several Free Font websites out there. Although, general census agrees that "Garamond" is a good typeface for any occasion, and it doesn't require any further downloading.
You've got some pretty decent effects going in Part 3, and the surrealism is working in your favour. The series as a whole has definite potential, so keep it up.
