The first time I have read this book was in kindergarten, after each grade they will give you this type of book with the same/ similar characters but in different levels, 1st grade was like a Blue book on the bottom two top like this one....

When I was much smaller I had came across this picture but on tv, I kind of thought it was strange...
Kind of reminds me of this very old tv show where the characters looked like they have been drawn by a little kid.
I believe it surrounded the life of two siblings one brother and one sister both blonde....
