Good Acrylic Paint! Looking for recommendations

So I haven't painted with acrylics in forever, and I used to use Liquitex but it's very pricey and I feel the quality and quantity aren't that great
What kind of paint to do use, or any tips on making your paint last longer!

Rembrandts have always worked fine for me and I also keep around some Amsterdam Standard tubes for mixing. But I don't paint all that much and when I do It's usually small formats.

I love nabbing Golden when they go on sale (they are pricey, though. I either get them through dickblick.com or if there's a really good sale at the art store) but I'm also not a fan of liquitex. They have such a strange body to them. Too loose but not loose enough, youknow? Not enough pigment, too, it just feels like it's all binder so I have to use so much paint to coat. Golden, however, feels so buttery and has so much pigment that I feel like I don't have to use as much. A tube lasts me a good long time.

What do you mean by making your paint last longer? Do you mean drying time? I used to live in a dry climate, and to keep my acrylics from drying out I'd use a wet palate. Now I'm in a more humid climate I don't need it anymore, but this thing was a lifesaver for me.

If you are in the middle of painting and you don't want to lose your current colors...
Find a container which has a tight seal which is large enough to hold your pallet. Spray your paint down with a water bottle and/or get wet a paper towel and place it on top of the pallet. This will help keep them moisten for few days.

I used heavy body acrylics, I got Liquitex since my friends reccomended it but it always took forever to dry and it didn't mix well

Try acrylic gouache perhaps? Holbein's and Turner's are both pretty fun. Personally enjoying Holbein mostly though!

Recently I decided to paint with acrylic and needed additional information about the application of paint. Found this article which said that although acrylic paint will work on plastic without any other preparation or sealing, the paint quality will quickly deteriorate as the paint starts to flake off the plastic. Fortunately, this can be avoided quickly and easily.
