Group collab idea for writers & artists. What do you think about it?

I have a group collab idea I have been thinking about for a long time.
I´m not sure if it is realistic to do something like that and would like to
have some input.

The group / collab needs 5 members. M1-M5.

-week 1: every member writes a (simple) script for
one comic page.

-week 2: M1 sends his script to M2, M2 sends his script
to M3 and so on. Everyone pencils the script.

-week 3: The rotation system starts again. M1 sends his
pencils to M2 and so on. Week 3 is inking

-week 4: rotation, colors

-week 5: rotation, lettering

The goal is to have 5 finished pages with each team member
working on every part of the process.

The difficulty right now is that I see that a system like that can
be too complicated for some people + there is a danger of people
bailing out in the middle of it.

My main question is would you join something like that?
Skill level doesn´t matter + fun should be the main focus.
This means, if you can´t draw then you can literally draw
stick figures, or draw whatever matches your style.

As soon as the team is full there will be a new topic for the collab

Well, something like this:

For example: member #1 works on script 1, pencils script 5, inks script 4, colors script 3 and letters script 2.

After 5 weeks the 5 pages are finished.

My diagram illustrates that already. on each row (week) you can only see one letter for each role.

I often ink and color pencils from people who say they can´t draw and it always looks surprisingly
good in the end. At least for me

Just a concern: it seems the end result will be 5 unrelated comic pages? It'll become a massive confusion, if you post those 25 stages here on this topic
Unless you meant the first scripts to be somehow related?

The 5 comic pages will be unrelated, that´s the only realistic option for the writers to
write what they want. I´m pretty sure that we can figure it out
