Yes, but on the other hand, a lot of popular comics here also started out when Tapas was still small. Because they started out in their early days, they were able to naturally pull in traffic as the site got bigger.
I mean, which is more appealing to you? Putting in the effort to reformat so you can try and grow your readership as the site's numbers grow, or putting in the effort to reformat so you can try and MAYBE get seen in a sea of comics that are already popular?
I mean, we all grief over how it's hard to be seen on a site so big that already has comics that repeatedly make front page, so it seems counter intuitive to grief over uploading to a website with fewer numbers and less competition. When it comes to smaller sites, you have to consider the long term growth, not the small chance at instant gratification. You just have to figure out which gamble is the one worth taking - doesn't change the fact that it's always a gamble, though.
