Have you ever experienced some incidents that you feel has happened to you before?

Sometime when I do something or when some things happen around me, suddenly a sensation comes to my brain that I have done this before or I have done it frequently. Some vague yet clear image of that incident.
Did this happened to you also ?.
If so then what is that incident that you feel have repeated frequently ?
What are your theories about this that you think is the reason behind it ?

I have. I feel like it’s a phenomenon called Deja Vu where you feel like something has happened before. I mean this can happen especially when you have a routine

i havent experienced deja vu stuff in a while but the dream ones kind of been kicking my ass. no idea what causes it but it can go from feeling a lil off to super uncomfortable and some cases aren't even tied to routine or pattern stuff that typically happens so when it hits it's always uncomfortable. plus i don't bring it up for fear of being perceived as weird or like somethings wrong with me (i care less online coz to the internet i'm a 'faceless' icon)

I do sometimes get deja vu. Usually my brain thinks it’s something that happened in a dream. Sort of like liminal spaces but IRL.

Some say the phenomenon of liminal spaces happen when something seems familiar yet there is something off about it. This is why it can feel like you have seen it before, it’s because your brain is trying to process what you are looking at.

I had deja vus in strange situation and had the feeling of having to interrup them because it felt
super weird. It was clear that I have never been in this situation and that I knew what was happening.
I had that when I was young, I didn´t have it since 30 years.

I also had that weird thing which is hard to explain when you haven´t experienced it yourself,
suddenly every felt super fast, every movement felt faster and time was going on faster, it sometimes
lasted for minutes.

I have no theories about it, some say it´s connected to depressions but I don´t believe that there
is a connection and there are just many things we can´t easily explain. I have no real theory about
it and I also don´t think I will come up with one, I just accept it

I'm not sure if this experience included as Deja Vu. But when I was young, I would get this dream of my grandmother passing a couple of times.
So, when she passed, I'm honestly wasn't too surprised. The situation is similar to my dream too. She had to be taken to the hospital and passed. (RIP grand mama )
