Hello, I'm new here, looking for more purpose in life

Hello there. I really like comics. Especially manga and yaoi. I haven't read a whole bunch yet. But they are surely entertaining. I also do my own drawings and want to do comics eventually. I'm male, 19, and I'm looking for people to hang out with on social media.

Life sucks sometimes. Especially when you feel lonely and you feel like everyone else feels they belong to something. I feel kinda in my own shell. I'm still waiting to feel excited to talk to nice people. I don't like it when I'm pushed aside. I just want to be happy.

And about more purpose in life....I think people are the ones in charge to set their own purposes, as long as they don`t hurt others or themselves.

I try to find purpose in all the small things. I used to focus on discovering my purpose in life but then I one day realized there are too many small moments and little interactions that we tend to miss looking for something new and exciting. When you can make something common and ordinary a new exciting experience everything in life feels valuable and your life gets filled with meaning everywhere. At least for me.

I've had trouble with loneliness and purpose too - took me to a pretty bad spot. But reaching out, saying you're not okay, and finding an outlet like comics can really help. I actually wrote about what I was going through as a miniseries to my webcomic, starting here.
