I always thought I'd taken every precaution to make sure this never happens, but somehow it did, while I was switching computers a couple years ago, and I only just now realized. I've lost the finished digital files of three of my best pages from my comic Marsh Hallows Myst, even the jpeg copies of the pages I posted on this website. I only have the digital black and white sketches now (which I thought were the finished pages), and nothing else anywhere on my computer. The old one was wiped and donated ages ago. How did this happen? With all my backups and double checks??? ˚‧º·(˚ ˃̣̣̥᷄⌓˂̣̣̥᷅ )‧º·˚
My question is this: is there any way to retrieve the files I uploaded onto this website on my series page? They were all in "When the Going Gets Tough- Part 1". If I can't have the PSD files with all my layers, I'd like to at least salvage the jpeg, so someday I can have a hope of publishing or re-uploading my comic on my own future site without spending days drawing and coloring it all over again. Please help?
(I would have tried to contact Tapastic directly with this, but the contact button on the website doesn't work--If there is a more correct way or person to ask, please direct me)
