Help me settle on a title for my novel? [CLOSED]

I've mentioned it a few times on the forums by now, I'm working on a zombie novel. Basically, a widowed mother (Wynona) represses memories of her deceased loved ones, and her faithful dog (Dusty) staying by her side and keeping her company, are braving a world overrun by the dead. I plan on this being a very character-driven novel rather than being driven by the action. Not to say that there's no action, but yeah, I'd go a lot more in-depth on characters rather than fight scenes.

I've kept the easy temporary title of "WD Undead" while sharing it with artists who were interested in helping with me. Now that I've found an artist who wants to help out, this isn't a name I wanna stick with for too long. At least, not until we finish up a chapter. So, I've come up with other titles to pick from. Leave your vote in the poll below if you guys wanna help me settle on one. It'd be nice to hear why you picked your vote as well. Settled on The Widow, Her Dog, and the Dead! • "WD Undead" (the temporary one I had.. it was lazy. but I mean.. Wynona, Dusty Undead. It's easy to remember though.)
• "The Widow, Her Dog, and the Dead" (it just tells you what the story is, straight up lol it's the one I'm leaning towards, but the name is kinda long)
• "Wynona // Dusty" (the main characters' names.. I mean, why not? Character names as titles aren't bad.)
• "Overrun in Seattle" (says more about the location.. if that's an interest? This one's a stretch, I doubt it's interesting enough)
• Other (none of these caught your interest enough to definitively say it should be the title. this is where you can recommend one for me in the comments.)

I like just "Dusty". It's a character name but it can have other meanings. Titles with multiple meanings are satisfying, i dunno.

Whenever I see acronyms or random letters in a title I can't help but think of anime tbh. It feels like a very young, or very "attempting to be cool" thing to do. Fine for when you're chatting with other people and fans (people will inevitably start referring to it as WDD just to cut down on typing) but unless the tone of your comic is actiony zombie fighting, I much prefer the whole thing written out. It's bold, it gives you all the information you need, it's got rhythm, I think it's very striking!

Tbh I like Overrun in Seattle. It's simple, I like it, sounds like a romcom, would be pretty funny if this was like horror or something.

Well, if I did go for that, it'd definitely have multiple meanings. One of which really sticks out to me in the entire story~

It's kind of a mix honestly! Action isn't the main focus, but I'd be lying if I said those parts weren't as developed (imo) as the calmer moments. I think it'd actually be debatable on whether it's action or slice of life with how I wrote it. It'd be interesting to know right off the bat lol

It's the far opposite of a romcom, imma be real, like as far as you can go lol and horror? Ehhhhhh, not so much. Wynona's pretty desensitized to the overall apocalypse, and since we follow her perspective so much, the zombies themselves wouldn't be as scary. I hope it comes off that way in my writing, at least.

It sounds more violent than my story is lol with a title like Bloodfall I'm imagining some dark fantasy like Berserk or Claymore

I liked The Widow, Her Dog and the Dead -- as mentioned it's straightforward and...for some reason sounds a bit literary? lol. A lot of literary fiction are character driven (as opposed to genre fiction. Though, of course, either type of stories can be a mix of both).

Glad to see there's love for Dusty already? I'm assuming the name is what gets you going! Dusty's certainly interesting, but idk.. to name it after him only is a bit weird considering that it follows Wynona for the majority of it. Like the excitement though! Raining Dogs and Moms sounds super surreal, THAT sounds like an interesting story tbh
