Can someone give me a straight forward run down on where I find screentones in CPS and how to actually use them? Every tutorial I've found so far is either in broken English or just expects you to magically know what a music video without annotations mean.
The only option I have at the moment is downloading screentones in sai but the gaps between the dots are too huge for my liking.
