Well, what I woul do if I had to end the story withouth much work is...
That they have the horrible fight. They both depart the place and I would put some Flashbacks on the backgrounds ( mixing new and old art)
The good and the bad moments.
Maybe un character dramaticly smashes the mirror and the collage of memories break too.

Then he aks himself "Is this love worth it?"

Everything fades to white they are holding hands.
And the voice says "Absolutely, this love is worth everything"

Last panel with a kiss.

If I wanted that they don't look too "toxic" I will just ad " I'm not perfect, neither he is, but we have each other to keep learnig about life"

I understand that readers would not want a rushed ending, at the same time, it Is better than having no ending or hiatus.

When Jack and Rose were hanging out in the middle of the Atlantic ocean on top of a door, did James Cameron cut to 80 year old Rose so she could narrate you the details about Jack's death?

Well, sorry if this came out as rude and offended you, definitely not what I inteded. But I also think my point is pretty clear.
I'll elaborate in apologize: If you want a good story and care about your readers, draw it. If you don't, then rush it.

I don't mind pointing out to everyone that's saying you HAVE show everything, that if we can trust the reader to fill in the blanks with what we put in the gutters in our horror and sex scenes... Then we can trust them to fill in an argument.

well yea.. i guess. there has been some good advice mentioned. honestly i just have to make a decision. i think i have an idea of what i want to do thanks to everyone. I just need to write it out and sleep on it and see if it looks good the next day and if it doesn't i'll go at it.
The comic is already seven chapters deep. i don't want to stretch the end any further than what it already is.

If you really want to skip the reconcilliation, you'd probably be better going with a more bittersweet, ambiguous ending with your characters not in a romantic relationship but with possibilty they could reconcile in the future. Otherwise I think people might be disappointed.

Yes i thought about that too. and looking back, there relationship was based on lies and it got toxic in the end but i know. how could those two possibly be together. But the romantic in me wants them to and i believe thats what our readers would want. the idea you just mentioned is defiantly an option.

Just want to say thanks to everyone who replied. I finally overcame the road block and I am working on the story and giving it a well deserved ending which won’t take too long.
