I'm considering joining the support program, to give money, not ask for it. But from what I can tell to ask for money you need to be 18 to receive it,which makes sense considering there probably laws about that. Does that work both ways?
I'm 16 at the moment and I don't want to try it and risk getting in trouble with anyone here....

If you want to support people by giving money, no, you don't have to be 18. I mean, supporting someone with money is the same as if you were buying art from someone at a convention (a bit of a broad example but you get the idea). The only case where you'd have to be 18 is if you were providing something that minors wouldn't be allowed to have (pornographic content for example, but that's not allowed anyway so no problems there lol) You don't need to be 18 to support someone, you just need to be 18 to be a part of the program and to receive money. You should be fine (:

getting sued by Nintendo is pretty easy actually. Just look at em funny and they'll sue you. They tend to be a bit sue happy XD
