Juuuuuust finished this. Experimenting with colored light. This is one of my husband's RPG characters (unrelated to my comic) using a supernatural power that allows him to issue an irresistible command... and also shoots green fire from his mouth and eyes, which briefly forms a crown. (The effect is called "Crowned with Fury", an Infernal charm from the RPG Exalted.)
On the one hand, I'm a little disappointed that I lost some of the green to the scanner. On the other hand, washing out the green had the side effect of making the fire look brighter, especially with a little clean up in Photoshop. So... it evens out?
