If I'm being honest, it looks like most of it is copy and pasted from other anime/manga? Some panels look drawn over, while some (the food, for instance) looks like you just pulled it from an anime screenshot. I'm not very knowledgeable about anime so I don't recognize any of it, so I might be completely wrong. The style is just very inconsistent throughout.

I will try! I am no means an expert but I have been making comics for 3 years and I'll share what I've learned:

1. Try to stick to one typeface for your dialogue! You can use another for sound effects if you like, but using a different typeface for every character speaking tends to be distracting. I've seen people use different coloured speech bubbles for different speakers though, so that's an option, and can be less distracting.

2. Avoid pulling screenshots from anime/manga or using art that isn't yours. At best it's unauthorized use, at worst someone could accuse you of theft. Imagine someday you made money off this comic. How would you feel if someone else took your hard work and profited off of it? I suggest using references and making something unique of your own. It will take longer, but you will own the content!

3. This will take practice, but you should work to improve your story pacing. Your character is asked to kill a monster and kills it in one blow, all in one episode. Drag your story out a little! Introduce your character and the setting. Who is he? What does he want? And why should the reader care? You can keep the story short, if you want to, but this could easily be split up into at least three episodes. Have some fun telling your story instead of focusing on the conclusion.

Those are just some things off the top of my head!

Practice and find a style that works for you.I observed 3 different art styles for some reason.
Also I would advise you to have a few plotlines written in rough as I feel it helps me when I'm writing

Don't do that, its not legal.
