Let's see... I was searching for comics apps and found tapas last year, that time I wasn't even thinking about to make a webcomic, just to read casually. But then I became interested in making one, so I started without any idea of what I was doing, just trying to make my art the best as possible (my avatar was the MC of my first webcomic on tapas), but the story wasn't planned and I didn't have patience to draw humans, so I deleted it after posting 4 short episodes hahaha (I still use it as an avatar to haunt me and never do what I did again)
One of the struggles I had was with anatomy, as someone who has never learned it, I traced photos of my hands... THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE, because the hands not only didn't look natural, but they also made me burn out much more than if I was using it as reference (not tracing)...
I made another webcomic this year called "Who are you?" all the characters are anthro cats, and they have The Powerpuff Girls hands and feet (I was too lazy to try to draw paws or human hands)
Now I'm working on a webcomic that has human cartoon characters, and the struggle to draw hands is real, but not as the same it used to be last year
I didn't meet my goal, yet, I still have so much to learn about anatomy, how to make my art consistent and draw backgrounds
