How do I announce I've moved Webcomics?

Hello, years ago I made a webcomic, it never got anywhere but for some reason years later it's accumulated a lotta followers, so I plan on making a post saying "Hey, I'm still alive, just working on a new project, go check it out." Is there anything crucial I gotta include?
