How does webtoon still not have comment notifications?

Okay this post is about more than just notifications, just a bit of a ramble.

I swear I forget how nice it is on tapas when I go on webtoon and see that there are no notifications, and you have to scroll through an entire episode to check manually, there is little to no recommendation system unless you're picked or your comic is doing decently already and the fact webtoon readers do not like page comics all that much.

I swear, for such a popular web comic app with so many creators, you'd think they'd have implemented a notification system by now? From what I've heard it took them forever to add a scheduling system.

I also feel like you need a much more established following on other sites in order to get people to read your webtoon.

I don't know. What do you guys think?

All I can say is I really truly wish they would implement this, because it would make it so much easier to know when someone comments on your episode! Plus it would make it really convenient, just in case you had time to or just flat out wanted to reply back! Lol...Yeah I really wish they would update this.

Even though DeviantART got screwed up with Eclipse update, at least they still have nottifications. Webtoon is quite a scum when it comes to features, lol.

I do hope they will implemented notifications, better sooner than later I'd definitely made it a priority.

Not really? I mean, having an established audience must always help, it's not working like this only for Webtoons, but it's totally possible to make it without this boost.

Yeah, webtoon is really lacking in this regard (at least on desktop, I have yet to even find a way to be notified about updates to series I'm subscribed to which is why I don't read anything there and series going webtoon original become dead to me)

Yeah, I would personally love to see notifications on webtoon and I have no idea as to why they have yet to implement it. Whenever I want to check out the comments, I need to scroll through every single episode, which can be a pain, especially if you have many of them.

Webtoon doesn't seem like a very creator-friendly platform, hence why I'm not very fond of it.
