i’d definitely say to look around until you find a stand you like! there are so many different kinds you can get, and i went through a few (some expensive too
) before realising i needed one that had proper height adjustments. getting ones that are just a glorified laptop stand isn’t going to be any good for your neck/back/shoulders, i recommend a stand that can position your ipad almost upright, so you can look directly at your screen while sitting in a properly ergonomic position
BUT you might like this better, i recently made the switch to a monitor stand like this ( https://is.gd/wFBkNg ) so my ipad can stay on the stand and i just swivel it out of the way when i’m not actively using it
clears up desk space too!
and just general stuff~ my posture and workflow improved 1000% when i treated my ipad the same as any other workstation. having a proper chair and dedicated desk space does wonders to improve productivity, both in terms of comfort and work hygiene~ a great piece of advice someone once gave me was to never cheap out on something that connects your body to the floor: shoes, mattress, work chair etc
