How long will your story be?

I started drawing Chapter One in October of 2020. I THINK I'm going to finish drawing it before October of THIS year.

Then I start on Chapter Two and hope that doesn't ALSO take 2 years. But it might.

I have a minimum of five chapters planned. Probably six. Maybe more.

...I'm going to be at this a while.

My comic has been running for two years as of last week and I'm about 1 and 1/4 arcs through a planed six...

It'll finish in 2029? Maybe?

I guess my goal right now is to do about 300 pages and see how I feel after that.

I've planned 20 chapters plus 1 extra per volume (there will be four volumes). It's taken me four years to do 5 chapters.... so 12 more years. It'll be probably a lot more years since I'm planning to go to graduate school. Oh, I'm in tears already

yeah might be around here for a couple of years, might go so far that I will pass it on to the next writer. A legacy that will last generations after generations, a legacy that will take years to read, a legacy th-(might be around 2030)

Man, I dunno. Ideally it would have been nice to wrap a chapter up each year at the most, making the comic 11-12 years in total, but with all the crap I gotta juggle I know that won't happen. It already took me two years to finish the last chapter thanks to work and other things. Page count is way beyond me, I only go by chapters and couldn't care less about the number of pages. I guess maybe around 500, maybe more, maybe less.

About 30 chapters ( : it's planned for 27 chapters and 2 epilogues, to be exact, but of course things my change by the time get there. Currently I have 15 chapters finished, so we're halfway through. If I keep up the pace I currently have it'll be done somewhere next year, if not- then possibly 2024?

I started my story in June 2020 and the last chapter will be published at the end of December 2022. There're 130 chapters in total, around 131.500 words. I never expected it to be that long but now it's finished and I'm shocked by how much time passed since I started.

I have no idea, i didn't update in few months , also i don't really have plan chapter by chapter, i do know how will everything end but i don't know how long will it take

Just counted on this yesterday, i have planned 15 chapters ( but will probably be more because so far I had to split some chapters into 2) and that will land in about 700 pages... and if i do 1 page a week, so 13 years? xD but already posted the comic for 2 years in may now, phew, I dont know if its encouraging or not

But when my hand isnt hurting to much I can do more than 1 page a week once in a while

Have been running since 2016 and will likely take 2-3 more years to finish. But at any point I might be able to increase the pace so who knows...

All of my fanfics are done and most of them took around a year and a half. As for my comic... no idea. Three more years maybe?

I decided to make my chapters a lot longer than they were - so my estimation of about 600 issues went down to 200 - 300.

But I don't see me finishing it in less than 15 years. I have a full-time job and hobbies other than drawing comics. Plus, procrastination.

I kind of thought my story would be over last year... but it is now this year and it's still going. xD (currently on episode 250). I'm sure it will finish this year though.... But I seem to be bad at guessing when.

Too long i have 10 chapters almost done and only now the cast got fully introduced. Plus i have like 3 main characters who all have their own stories... Oh yeah and been making it since 2011, made all the way to chapter 8 before redrawing everything in a year and half OTL I hope to finish it before i turn 50.

Wow, I really don't know. I've only been here a short time and I think it could be from 6 months to a year. It depends on how things continue and on my creative capacity.

I just posted chapter 83 my estimate is that the story will be around 125 chapters
