Then (Around 16 - 17 years old):
Reading Manga: 60% -- That was mostly when I was reading Bleach (During the Hueco Mundo and when Aizen was defeated) all of Junji Itou's horror works, One Piece (A little bit after Ace died), and a few of the nicer, more healthier Shoujo Manga (and I can count them on my fingers, fam).
The Rest: 40% -- I really, really loved erotic novels as this age (still do), and I would definitely read my grandmother's novels in secret (don't ask how I found them). It was either that or some very well-written short stories (whether that was fanfiction or short horror stories).
Watching Anime: 30% -- The most I watched was Bleach, Yugioh Duel Monsters, Kuroshitsuji, and some episodes of One Piece. But I didn't dive too much into the Anime.
The Rest: 70% -- I watched Archer, the 1980s Scooby-Doo shows, Forensic Files, Triple D's (Diners, Drive-In's and Dives), and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Now (20 years old):
Reading Manga: 10% -- I only read Ore Monogatari!! (My Love Story!!) as my main manga read. I've started to reread the older arcs of Bleach and the entirety of YuGIOH (the OG, fam, the OG).
The Rest: 90% -- It's all fanfiction, short stories, or coming of age stories. I've currently read The Women of Brewster Place, Brown Girl Dreamin', and Breath Eyes Memory. I've also enjoyed reading my own writing and seeing the creative process I've done so far.
Watching Anime: 10% -- Honestly, the only anime I'm watching right now is YuGiOh.
The Rest: 90% -- Lately, I've been watching Forensic Files, A lot of YouTube Let's Plays, and plenty of cooking shows (Barefoot Contessa, Pioneer Woman).
