It's an interesting question and it's interesting to see the answers. When I started my comic I started with making 5 pages in 3 days and posted them as a full episode, but my wrist started to ache badly after a week so I decided to slow down and make 1 page per day. Though I would work 7/7 days, it seems there's always something happening irl that makes me skip one day of the week at some point, so I would say that I currently work 6/7.
This makes current stats given by people here:
pages/7 days-------people
1/7 ---------------------------- 3
2/7 ---------------------------- 5
3/7 ---------------------------- 2
6/7 ---------------------------- 2
irregular -------------------- 2
I'm jobless so I consider my comic, Singmire Haze to be my main activity and dedicate about half of the day to making the page. I don't have a buffer like Myl because I need stress to work, if I stop working because I have a stack, I fear I'll lose my pace because I'm anxious and prone to catastrophizing and shooting down my self-esteem for illogical reasons.
Same way, I have no written plot so it doesn't feel like omg I have so many pages to do. I have only a few ideas stored in a doc, and I write the script 5 pages per 5 pages, so to keep a pace in the narration. I find it nice because it gives me a lot of flexibility and I can even note down some ideas brought up by commenters for later use.
The only thing I've prepared ahead recently is a special picture to thanks people when I hit 100 subscribers, which should happen soon hopefully as I have 99 right now OuO
