What do you use to make your comics/manga?

I do mine on pencil and paper, outline it in pen, scan it onto the computer, and use Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Illustrator CS6 to do the editing. It's a long process because I dont have a drawing tablet as of yet but I will be getting a job soon so I will hopefully get one haha.
