Not really, and my characters are personifications so their outfit is part of what they represent. A few times I've drawn them in different kinds of outfits when it would be more appropiate (or to reference what some presenter wore at X event), or occasionally in different "regular" clothes just for fun.
so far in my comic, technically everything that's happened to my characters has been within a couple hours, so they haven't really changed their outfits other than taking off their jackets and shoes. However, there was one flashback where we got to see Max in a super fancy dress, but that only lasted about 3 pages.
But in the future, their outfits will change. One of my characters (Max) comes from an affluent background, so she will change her outfit much more frequently. The other main character (Rei), is stranded in a foreign city under an extreme quarantine, so his wardrobe changes are much more limited. Essentially, the only things he owns are the things he can carry.

The funny thing is I've always stuck with the very first attire i designed with my characters simple because I felt making another one wouldn't look as great. this doesn't mean that my characters attire doesn't change during the series progression however. i find that giving them more to wear helps show and gives a lot more personality to the characters. you get more of a sense of how they are.
I like to give attire that describes my characters uniquely on how they are. of course, I don't mind give them a bit of fashion look either! ( As I mentioned earlier about personality.)
Most of my characters stay in the same outfit for the sake of convenience, but if they're at home, work, etc I'll draw them in clothing that better suits the setting. One of the main characters of my current story, Lei, will definitely have several clothing changes though. They like clothes, so I want to draw them in some different outfits!

Re:Setis set in a real world setting, so possibly daily, and based on time and place. Although I do have a character who doesn't change his clothes because he's sloppy.
two of the main characters are orphans so they have a very limited wardrobe.
the other characters change clothes each day. i like drawing them in their cute lil dresses and suits 
I intend to have my characters change clothes as often as possible. Specifically the main character since her fashion style is supposed to be an augmentation of her personality traits and mannerism. That and I love to dress up my characters. I might end up regretting it if turns out they're difficult to draw in motion with those clothes, but at least I know I can change them once I move on to the next day/chapter.
So far, my characters have a more or less set attire (aside from their "adventuring gear", which they generally only wear between jobs).
But I'm probably going to update their outfits after the current chapter, and then they may have some variation of clothing that will change from time to time, but still within a certain overall design or pattern.
And they do have defined palettes.
Hilda's is yellow, dark yellow, grey, and light red
Olwyn's is mostly green with some brown and rust-red
Ivan's is black, blue, and brown (though not as rich a shade of brown as Olwyn's)
Gunther's is red, grey, black, and tan.
Their palettes may change a little later on, but it will stay somewhat consistent to their original design.
The human characters of my webcomic changes clothes a lot mostly they're in school uniform but they change into casual attires when it's necessary. The Angels, not so much. They don't need to take a bath anyway. I'll change their outfit halfway thru the story and that's about it.
Also, since it's black and white, I don't need to worry about palletes too much but my main casts have their theme colors.

Silver - powder blue
Mara - lavender, light pink
I think it all depends on the situation. Even though I'd love to draw my characters in different clothes, the ones I initially designed them with suit their personalities more. But I think experimenting is always fun. 
One of my comics could win an award for most clothing changes in a 24 hour period XD I love to change character clothing, I get super bored drawing the same thing over and over again. Although the early part of Zenchav was mostly suits and I thought I was going to die because I hate drawing suits and it was so monotonous, but fortunately that's done with now and I can draw characters in other things phew
My human-centric series Guardian Ghost has characters changing their clothes around all the time (well the living ones anyway, the ghosts are stuck with Jacob Marley Apparel) because of the weeks between chapters. My main guy Max has the most clothes shifting, even if he keeps the same pants/shoes most of the time, but he never has the same sweater twice (or at least not with the same shirt underneath). The only time he's had the same shirt consistently is in Chapters 1-3 (and maybe 4) but that's mostly because of the whole act taking place over the course of like 48 hours.
The canon reasoning is because Max just happens to have an absurd amount of sweaters, which are much easier for relatives to buy for him considering how he's growing so tall so fast. And it's ridiculous how easy it is to cover the fact that you've worn the same shirt for 4 straight days when you have a sweater on top of it , and one sweater can be worn like a good couple of weeks without suspicion (when in reality he's SO TIRED that the act of actually changing shirts is just too much effort so JUST SLEEP IN THE SAME CLOTHES FOR LIKE A WEEK IT'S FINE)
In reality it's just really fun drawing his tall lanky frame with various sweaters (mostly hoodies) and makes up for the fact that Clarence and Frank (Clarence moreso) tend to keep very similar outfits over chapters (even if it's mostly the fact that they could have been wearing some other stuff in the timeskip but we just missed it)

I strive to make sure my characters have PLENTY of clothes to change into because 1. I like making dumb graphic t-shirts and fake clothing brands and 2. I've always loved series that do that.
Here's a tip: Consider making Pinterest boards for your characters so you can just slap a bunch of clothes and stuff that reminds you of them on it and you can go from there. It helps me tons.
It's so much easier to have them wear the same things all day erday but I plan for my characters to always change. I like designing clothes as a hobby so I have a ton of sketches I can refer off of which would finally put those sketches to use too haha

Mine have set outfits but they change if there's a change of time setting... So Odysseus and Polyphemus look like this in the 'present':
But when Odysseus is in the future telling the story of his meeting with Polyphemus, he's been through about 10 years of adventures and so has a completely different set of clothes (and even a new hairstyle)! Then his outfit looks like this:
There will also be a part of the story set before Polyphemus met Odysseus, and so Poly will have a new outfit for that! This is partly because I like to have a chance to change outfits a little, and partly to have a distinction between different time periods. I don't currently have a picture of Poly's upcoming outfit available to post but I have an awful lot of pencil drawings of him wearing it... It's very fun to draw. :DD
So far only the main character has changed his clothing once. But the plan is to have everyone in new outfits whenever there's a time gap between chapters. Except for one guy, who refuse to change from his heavy metal t-shirt. (Instead of new attire, it gets more and more ripped)
Looking back on this thread and since the last time I posted here, my main character Roxy has literally changed outfits about 4 times so far xD! As I said before, there's literally no reason for why she should wear the same outfit throughout the entire comic since she's in the comfort of her home village! I tend to change her out if there's been time lapse or once it's night time so far. :3
