What's next? Will the very old and very young have to face off in a death match?

I hope not . But if we're talking about extremes (<17 and >40) I won't have to participate in that deathmatch :sleepy:

You are a spectator at the Coliseum. You get to give a thumbs up or thumbs down and decide whether to show mercy.

funny how i start at 18 here and now am not lmao

Well my real name is Cesar which is close enough to the classic emperor Caesar, so that's a funny coincidence!

Especially if they're in college, though I can assume that adults might feel the same when working

I actually expected the Tapas demographic to be younger.

.... This bodes well for my novels since a lot of my stuff starts veering into Grimdark.

everyone always has school/work. it's more of maturity and having an idea you like long enough to do a comic. the story you came up when you were 13 isn't going to look as amazing when you're 20 or even 15.

Turning 30 on Wednesday. I was trying to say I’m not having a crisis about it, but when I went out and had a couple drinks last night, it was clear I’ve been lying to myself :joy::sob:
Also I’ve noticed we have an older demographic. And a lot of creators have either worked for years building their art or have studied art/design, etc. which is why there so good at what they’re doing. Experience mannnn...

Chillin' at a ripe 25 and a half :smug_01:

But yeah from my experience interacting with people on this forum, the results seem about right.

But yea the thing I like about being a forum filled with older people (and a good portion of which is, in fact, most likely not Asian) is that I can have actual smart conversations with them and I won't get chastised for being "too young to know what I'm talking about"-

That's nice  it works in the other direction too. I'm older than most here, but I don't feel it too much
It makes dialogue easier when people don't have expectations depending on age.

Majority are older than 18 years old... as expected and that's the reason most forum members have mature attitude and made me started to engage with others in this forum

I remember seeing Webtoon's ad on youtube (this one1) and being shocked they seemed to advertise specifically to young adults. It's a whole generation growing up with online comics and I just assumed the age range would skew towards young teens, which I'm sure a large percentage is under 18. Still, surprised me even though I'm one of those early 20s readers lol.

I mean this makes sense, it was my generation that started reading webcomics back in the 00's. Now we're the ones writing them.
