It's very hard really, you can spam these forums as much as you like, but your sub count wont increase much.
You'll have to advertise it in several places and hope it's good enough for readers to go beyond the first chapter.
There are thousands if not millions of webnovels and comics, it's hard to stand among the crowd.
Just do it for self enjoyment and dont let that stats bring you down
