Right?? I would love to hear her voice again, on that CD-ROM or otherwise.
And - exactly! haha It was a weird place to be, between the two worlds, fitting into neither. It really didn't help that my dad taught at my high school either. Ostracized all over the place!!
I need to find better pictures of him, but until then, here's Nosferatu!
Hey guys,
I represent a gaggle of software developers turned manga superstars. Basically we sat around work one day, looked at one another, the stars aligned - and we were all like, "what if we made a manga based on us doing things, such as writing code and having lunch".
And thus, Lunch Tiiime1 was born.
I mean, it's the natural progression of friendship right? Work accomplices -> gender-swapped anime superstars.
So basically we pooled our resources, did a ton of planning, hired people with actual talent, and attempted to write a script. About a year later, we're producing manga at a rate of about one page per week, and hoping that we can pick up the pace a little bit when we're able.
Our goal is to have a printed finished first season by the end of the year, but we can only credit Tapastic for us a place to live. We really hope it will be successful. We feel that it's original, funny, and worth a reader's time most of all.
Aside from that, we're software developers. Well, I'm quality assurance. So I just annoy the developers that actually produce things.
- With love,
Aaron & Co
Thanks for sharing! You have a great art style forming! It has some nice, sharp dark lines, which gives it a kind of cell-shading kind of look to it. I can't wait to see it in color.
I wasn't sure if you wanted feedback? Or just sharing to let someone else inside your brain for a bit. If just sharing, thank you for that! You're well on your way to a great comic once you get fully rolling.
Hey there I'm Fixer! I make Shapeshifter
Okay so I gess I should list some facts >.> hmm
1: I'm a pretty big Naruto fan, Naruto was actualy the first comic I've ever read, incidently the first book i ever owned was Volume 1
2: I started drawing when I was 16, completely self tought.
3: If I go an entire day without drawing I feel guilty for wasting time. I guess i'm a bit obsessive.
Sorry i'm not very funny ^^;
I Am Adam Rapillo the first. Creator of my webcomic Lento - The Hero That Costs Ya.
I contemplated to what I want to really experience from life and that's travel. Right now I'm in no capacity to do so but once I'm financially stable, I want to see the seven continents.
I was bitten by a radioactive food truck chef and now I developed these powers that urge me to be adventurous with food and cuisine. Compliments #1 nicely.
I'm a pretty big music fan. There isn't really a genre that I ignore.
Those are some absurdly cute cats! What are their names? I have two cats as well named Kaylee and Pigeon. I will post a picture at some point.
Magic always kicked my ass. I tried to make a Druid deck but I was disheartened by constant defeat.
You are the Lions Torchbearer. They need your light to see them through these dark times. I like the Chargers. Not sure why.
lol. Their names are Agnes and Congreve. They are the sweetest things. I'd encourage anyone who wants a stuffed animal that moves and purrs to get one.
I'm pretty intense when it comes to Magic, used to play competitively but just ran out of time. Gotta make manga, after all
Thanks for writing back. Nice to meet you, and I look forward to reading more of your comics.
What is up, Fixer?!
If you don't mind listing some!
1. That's a great one to start reading manga! I'm more of an American comic book fan, but the first manga I ever went out of my way to buy was one called "Monster."
2. Respect!
3. That will be your double-sided sword of greatness! The amazing art you will make! But much less sunlight. haha
You didn't need to be funny. You achieved +100 Exp for being cool.
Hello Adam! I'm Nathan Schulz, First of his Name. Pleased to meet you!
1. Travelling is always fun. I've always wanted to visit all the continents as well. Australia and Antarctica have been personal favorites of mine.
2. I was not bit by that chef! Darn, it would help me a lot. I will try just about any food... but its more the... AFTER EFFECTS that worry me. Haha
3. That's great! What are your Top 3 bands/musicians? Mine is Weezer, Queens of the Stone Age, and Muse. I like rock a lot. Haha
Those are fantastic names! Agnes and Congreve... I'll order three!
Hey now you get to play AND create at the same time. You made the right choice.
And thanks for writing to me and this forum post. I just wanted to add a little more detail to this rough outline I have of the tapastic community. Excellent people so far!
Can't wait to see more of your comic!
I'm eyeing Japan either for this year or next... sure, everybody wants to do Japan, lol.
Although I also definitely want to go to Iceland, Czech Republic, Germany, China, South Korea, Italy, Vietnam, UAE, Thailand and Singapore for the future. I've been following a couple of travel bloggers in the meantime.
I can't really say I have all-time favorites anymore but my top picks of the month have been from Clutch, In Legend, and Amon Amarth, which are all rock bands too. Definitely dig rock music. It's how I started with my music addiction.
