I never uploaded to the site before, but it definitely is a site to avoid. I've told someone else to avoid it because of the it being rampant with bots and the community possibly being smaller than what it was portrayed to have if you try to look for user interactions.

I've actually visited this site a couple times in the past. One thing to note about mangaplus creators is, it's apparent that there aren't very many real readers. The last time I checked a lot of the people there seems to just comment on your stuff with links to their own works. Which gives it a dead website vibe. I wouldn't be surprised if most of the users on the website are bots.

Although, I've never uploaded my comic there, it's safe to say the site does not respect your intellectual properties. It's just the vibe that I get when reading their terms of service and how the communities there interact with one another.

To be fair.. most people use Manga Plus to read Shonen Jump manga. So it makes sense the creator side doesn't really work out that well. The reader base isn't there for small time creators.

Manga Plus has bad policies; they banned my manga for allegedly containing gore... Webtoon remains the best option.

manga+ creators is the same as everything else, AI is like plastic: a problem without solution.
The resources required to filter AI are too expensive, all those comic hosting companies simply ignore it...
