I have yet to receive the ink I purchased.
I sent a couple of emails, with the Google transaction GPA code to feedback@tapas.io
I still do not have a status update.

Kindly advise on how to proceed.

According to Google I only have 48h to request a refund from Google Play.

I still have a few hours until 48h. I would rather this be solved with you. But if it's better to ask for a refund and try to purchase ink again, let me know since the window to do that is a few hours (~9h) to close.
