I'm still working on it
Only recently been able to start producing actually

How about yours?

Oh you know... all the usual birthing pains. Pages of pages to draw. Dialogue to refine. Flats, shading, etc. All the good stuff. Really enjoyable actually. The characters are beginning to claim a life of their own.

I haven't had to post anything online yet
But I'm hoping the characters feel dynamic when you meet them

I'm not the best when it comes to critiques, but I do my best.

Also, seeing as though I'm super introverted...Social interaction? Sign me up!!

@azureXtwilight

I just remembered

You are a doctor right?
I'm planning a training scene in my series currently

Maybe we can talk about how much training can be done in a day, or side effects of training too hard

Sure! I need friends! it'd be great to share ideas, and talk about our series. smile I don't usually like people, but that's because I've never talked to someone who likes art, and it's great that the site has just that! So I've been eager to talk to people.

I made this thread
But I'm not certain where to get started exactly

Does anyone know how to make a good description?
Also anyone doing action adventure? I might check that out

Hmm. you could look at the back of a book or manga you've read to know how much info to leave in and to leave out. my comic is a "mystery" but it's more like the reader and MC have no idea what's going on, and both find out through the story, so I can't really put much in the description, but I feel like the mystery tag would turn some people off since the first thing I think when I here mystery is solving a crime, or something like that, which i'm not really into. but back to the description, maybe tell them about concept, and if it doesn't spoil the story, the main problem? Sorry, i'm bad at this.
hear (I'm also bad at spelling TT~TT)

My story is hard to explain well

It's about character growth, over a period of time
Plus it also features action, crime, and sci-fi

You could just give a quick intro about the characters, the setting, time period, etc. now I have a problem with my comic; the story is foggy, (which is on purpose.) i'm trying to keep the readers in the dark for a while, but i'm afraid that people might be impatient, ive gotten 2 comments already asking about the story. I feel like the story would be better as a full manga where people can just keep reading without having to wait for a new pages that are just preparing for the interesting stuff to happen. the story is meant to be unclear until the reveals happen, so i'm scared that because the story seems slow, i'll turn away readers. But i'm also scared of moving too quickly, because then i'll have to ignore adding minor details that give little hints about the past and future. sorry this is so long. and if you want, you could check out the comic to give me feedback on anything that needs to be improved. (besides the art.)

@Trash_Panda17

I've been reading some of your series

Interesting how there is no dialogue
I don't think I can offer much, as I don't make a series like that

It does seem like there is symbolism with the butterfly
If there is one thing that is noticeable, everything is drawn out

But you are probably aiming for that kind of feel

Yeah, I am. thanks for the feedback though! I hope your having fun writing your story, blush

Yeah i am. Although it's kinda hard to get feedback since i haven't uploaded it yet

yeah, I get that. but, maybe you could bounce ideas off a third party that knows not to spare your feelings? If you have one that is, cause I don't. i'm actually just winging it with my comic, I have some main points written down, but I don't know how they'll get there. haha. but anyway if you don't have anyone like that, you might just have to do it without anyone reviewing first, you might just have to trust yourself with this.
