Since this is a full-color comic, having some panels with completely white backgrounds looks a bit strange, almost like they're unfinished.
Even if you don't plan to draw backgrounds there, perhaps you could still add some color to avoid leaving them completely white.
Around the scene behind the man in the meeting room, adding a bit of a glow would look better. If that scene is being shown through a projector, there should be shadows on the screen.
Overall, I think your comic is drawn very well. The atmosphere is quite good, and it's clear you've put a lot of time and effort into it. Keep up the good work.
