I need some critique for a sketch I made!

Hey guys, I need some third party opinions.
Could y'all tell me what you think of this sketch and, if possible, what I could do to improve it.

I like it, it's intense. Makes me think of Till Lindemann.
Is there anything in particular you're questioning?
The only thing that threw me off is absolutely perfectly shaped irises and pupils, I'd prefer them to be hand-drawn instead of being tool-created too.

It does throw it off a bit now that I look at it.
I'm not really questioning anything in particular, just if someone could maybe see something that I'm not seeing, you know?

Is there a particular emotion you're trying to get across?

Lighting + angular body features look good. He looks intense + kinda scary.

Improvement? Maybe add more shading? All I can think of.
