I think that's a glitch on the support ink thing

Someone has 20 subs vs someone has 26 subs. Someone is unlocked for the lower one but not the higher one. Doesn't anyone find that weird.

They probably got permission from Michael via email. Tapas is having another Inksgiving event this month, so that might be possible.

I can confirm that I got permission from Michale to have it unlocked early because it is almost inks giving time again.

You email him with the heading "activate support" with your Tapas profile included. Like others said, this only works when there's an inking event about to happen
