There isn't a way to do it on the browser as far as I know since there isn't a "continued reading" list. You can only turn on private reading in the app. Are you saying you tried that but there's no turn on private reading option for that comic?

In some places the milk teas (original, taro, strawberry etc.) are just powder mix so if you don't want that than I'd go for like the fruit teas or Pu-erh/Oolong or Tieguanyin, something that requires boiling.

I personally like having those "thanks for subscribing" cards posted on my wall, but I know there are some that hate it. I would check to see if they already have thank you cards posted on their wall first, if they have a bunch than chances are they are ok with it.
