I tried to improve the way I draw anime faces, Is this drawing of mine good?

I'd say this is a solid improvement. The features, face shape, and hair have all improved.

All I have to offer is a minor tip on eye/feature placement. The right eye and brow looks a smidge too close to the nose. It looks like this was drawn on paper, correct? If so, you can flip the drawing over and hold it up to the light, so you can see through the paper. It may jump out at you when features need adjusting. I do this all the time to visualize and adjust features in Photoshop.

That said, stellar work! Keep it up!

I think it's better than the first one. My advice is to fully take advantage of shape and lines when it comes to draw a face. Shapes helps a lot in features placement in my case. It can helps too in side profile
