I want Critics, I want to improve

Hello everyone,
I'm relatively new to this whole webtoon biss so I would appreciate some criticism.
Go ham as I'm trying to improve. My biggest insecurities is panel organization.
However, I feel like I could improve in other areas as well.
Opinions? Critics?

The art is beeaauuuutiful! I really like the aesthetics.

About panel layout, sorry I can't help you since I've never done the 'vertical scrolling' layout myself.

The biggest opportunity for improvement that I see is to work on making the faces more expressive. So far they all have relatively neutral expressions (nothing wrong with neutral expressions, but sometimes its better to kick up the 'emotional volume' so to speak).

Another minor thing - in the second episode, in the panel where the light from the doorway shines on her face, it struck me that you re-used the same image from a couple panels before. I don't think there's any problem at all with re-using artwork in general (I do it myself sometimes), but in this particular case it was obvious enough to jump out at me and 'pull me out of the story'. I think it would have worked better with at least some minor changes to her expression so it feels like she's alive instead of a doll stuck in one position.

Overall though, woooow!

It's very intriguing, especially the first episode! I would say the first episode is perfect, the second is a little vague, but hopefully as the story goes on that will clear up. If there was anything that needs improvement, I would say your series description is lacking.

^ This is so weak compared to the writing in your first episode. I'd say take a little time to think about a blurb that represents your series and might intrigue people to read. Give potential readers a clue as to what your story is about.

I'll take this into consideration. I made this description mainly as something with an hidden message. For example if you read only the first letter of each words it reads YOULLBEMINE .
As the whole story revolves around the Yandere trope (kinda) I thought it would be appropriate but you're right most people wouldn't even look twice at it and just move on, it also does not describe my series 100% so I'll change it in the future.

Ah! That is very cool. Perhaps you can find a way to write a more compelling description at face value (because it's mostly people who aren't yet reading your story looking at this), but still sneak in something coded. I'd suggest either a blend of the two, or just putting the existing code at the end of the description.

I don't want to suggest you be LESS clever! But as you said, most people won't look. Hopefull you can find a good middle ground/combination.

I'll agree that the art is nice and the imagery is evocative.

Panel and storytelling stuff is usually my jam but there's not much to comment on if I'm honest? So far you've used a lot of vertically stacked panels with a fair amount of negative space in between which seems pretty standard for vertically formatted comics.

Yeah I'm super afraid about panels so I guess I'm just going the safe route with it which can be boring ^ ^' I hope I can grow out of my safe shell and explore a more dynamic panel organization. Thank you for the critic!
