I'd be interested in a review if you're down to do a graphic novel or two. We're also on Globalcomix if you happen to be interested in continuing on afterwards. They do have a mature rating due to certain topics, fantasy violence, and a little blood. Nothing too crazy in the first volumes, but it always gets worse the deeper down the rabbit hole ya get lol.

I don't get a lot of reviews. Just small opinions here and there. An actual review would be interesting!

Right off the bat- You have super fun art! Love it! It’s very dynamic in shape and color, I especially like the designs of the goddesses. The sharpness in your style is very fun. I feel like with a bit of fine tuning some areas the art could be very successful!!
The way you told the viewer the names of the goddesses, who they are and what they do, and implemented it into the dialogue feels a bit forced and unnatural, but I think with a bit of rewriting, the awkwardness of the dialogue could be fixed, it’s very easy to look past anyways. Exposition feels much more natural when it’s not being directly said but more so being implied by the characters, their reactions, and the environment around them. Moments like the introduction is where things such as “show don’t tell” really come into play.
You’ve got a decent handle on anatomy, but it feels like you exaggerate it too much at times, especially on kids and the upper body. The muscles are very pronounced everywhere on basically all of the characters, even the children, which feels off. I understand they must be pretty strong since they’re all skilled black belts, but dialing it back a tad could be really effective in making the characters look more appealing and like their ages. I didn’t know the main characters sister was a child until the halloween episode, and even now i’m not entirely sure ahah.
I loveee the interactions between the main characters, it’s easy to tell the three of them are very close, and you give them fun expressions! They work well for the most part, but pushing them, particularly the expressiveness of the characters eyes, could be helpful especially in serious moments. Your style is very fun and cartoony, but that means you have to push things a bit more in order to portray certain emotions.
The pacing feels a bit fast in some moments. I’d like to see more establishing shots and panels featuring characters that have less 3/4 view and waist/bust up shots, but what you have from what i’ve seen works fine enough. The fast pace is okay for fight scenes but during the down time and conversations it’s off.
You have a really nice handle on paneling, they’re simple yet affective!
Your plot seems really cool so far, but there’s one thing holding me back from feeling a tight connection to your story. I don’t know much about the characters and they don’t give me much personality the first time we meet them (or at least from what i’ve read), I know that Lara likes to fight, Tyler is a psychic and likes puns, and Elliot has a sword and they’re all good fighters. But why should I root for them to save this town and rescue the missing goddess? I know that sounds kind of funny, because of course the readers want the world to be saved and for these characters to be cool and live long lives right? But id they don’t have any reason to, they won’t. I love a good action comic and a well choreographed fight just as much as the next person, but i’m not given much of a reason from the characters to want them to succeed. It’s hard to establish something like that in such a short amount of time and panels for a first chapter, but it’s extremely important to hook your readers. Most reader/viewers/consumers come for the plot and stay for the characters (something a professor told me). I’m not sure if you’ve seen Into the Spiderverse, but if you have, think about how the story is set up. We first meet Miles and get to know him as a character and his daily life, we get to connect with him and relate to him, then the plot kicks off by throwing him into an unfamiliar situation. You’re doing something similar with your comic, but the connection with the characters isn’t quite there yet.
But all in all I think you’ve got the base for something really fun and cool! A unique art style, a fun story, nice character interaction. Just some adjusting and reworking here and there could really push it far!

Thanks for the review! I'll try to keep all of this in mind going into the next volume which will be more character focused and give more breathing room for conversations. The art style also will be updated and should address the concerns you have brought up here. I'm glad you enjoyed reading it; that was the most important thing I hoped you would get out of this.

Hoooo boy, ok here we go. I don't know if you are a fan of lore but here it is.

The MC's journey started at chapter-01 and some would think that this should've been the start of the comic because it is where the main protagonist starts his journey while the prologue reveals the lore, factions, world-buildings, and the birth of the Protagonist and a hint of the main antagonist.

I'd love to get feedback about my main series where it is right now. It's by far not the best visually and the first episode is pretty old now but I've been working on the whole story and universe since 2010 and it means a lot to me so any feedback to specifically improve upon would be awesome!
