This sums up the series imo:
It'd be impossible for me to give Naota and Nikado theme songs. They would totally pay people billions to make their themes for them. ON TOP OF THAT, they'd go the extra mile to try and make new genres so... also I'm convinced they might break my legs if I pick the wrong one.
Especially Nikado. Look at this little menace.

Because I'm currently writing his series and the entire backbone is just "celebration of funk". He's had a couple of theme songs, so I thought I'd share them here:
I feel like this sums up Quincy's background perfectly. Just him growing up in one of the worst cities in the US, turning into a delinquent, and him wanting a second chance to prove himself, only for the thing that gave him abilities to outright discriminate against him.... and then accidentally kill him. I love the lines:
I understand you need me if you ever to war
But I don't understand if I buy the goods
Why I can't own the store
and
Give us what you give your brothers
Then you'll understand
That I won't be your Super Hero
Until you give us all you can now-now!
I think this song perfectly captures Quincy "F You" attitude and how he constantly goes against the status quo.
If I were to ever make TSFI animated somehow, I'd totally pick this as a credit song as some sorta "secret theme song". Like it seems out of place, but I sorta see it as Quincy projecting his feelings after leaving his world and accepting the stick figure world and his new friends. Like it's somber, sorta like "Yeah, I'd rather be with you guys instead".
This song is the "Pollyanna" of my stories. All the protagonist's arcs all fall back on this song. Funnily enough, even the protag in my webnovel (Quincy's antagonist) since she wants people to actually believe that she'll do ANYTHING for them.
I already teased that Quincy's artstyle isn't really his real artstyle. It's more of a coping mechanism (without giving too much away)? Kinda like how Naota and Nikado gave themselves different artstyles to lie to themselves about which genre they're from. This song sums up his TRUE style and mindset. There's also that sign of uncertainty which goes with Quincy's fate like yeah.... he "sees the future" (street smart).... wasn't enough to save him in the end. There is that little chime at the beginning (the first thing you here) which sounds like he's on the right path, but he trips up a little bit. Like there's HOPE for him, but will he keep that pace up? He tries to stay on the straight and narrow but like... he is a bit of a jerk with some red flaggy beliefs. I feel like funk is also known for being SUPER LIGHTHEARTED. In That Stick Figure Isekai, Quincy is seen as this fun loving guy, but here, Prince shows that funk can have another angle. I can go on forever with this song lol. (ONE LAST THING, Quincy's story is all about fate and prophecies).
Eve's entire personality was based off this soundtrack:
