  • Always keep an eye on your MP. This applies especially to Mortimer.
  • Face attacks head on! Blocking provides an opportunity to strike back that's better than dodging.
  • Veriesin will randomly change forms between turns. Take advantage of the transformation patterns!
  • Always be in safe areas when surveying the situation. A beast can strike at any moment on the road.
  • He was needed elsewhere.
  • Fight a Dark Lord with utmost caution. Their black magic will take your own lifeforce if necessary.
  • If you're not in Boreas, always look up to survey aerial threats.
  • If you find a pack of owl-vargs or a Ragebuck, there's no shame in running.

I imagine a lot of the comic's situations applied to videogames, heh.

This is so much fun!

  • You will find Regret lurking in the shadow when standing in the green lantern light. Do not look at it.
  • The Impression of Disobedience has many masks. If you carry one in your inventory it might want to have it, but its up to you if you want to give it to them...
  • Be extra careful when talking to members of Isolde's forces. While chatty, the Distant Horde soldiers drain your life the more you interact with them.
  • Jade Constructs are surrounded by valuable items lying scattered around them. Venturing within their range might make you leave with less items in your inventory than what you intended to pick up.
  • Careful now. These grounds are surrounded by the whispers.
  • Go to Princess Suren when your health is low, she will boost your vitality by writing some of her protective seals on your armor...if you promise to deliver a special letter for her.
  • Compliment the Duke of Serpents. If you do this often enough, Vandrake might favor you.
  • Have your weapons become brittle? Talk to Captain Barhin, he might strengthen them with his feathers. Just don't pull them.

Most like a turn based RPG

  • Use the TV to save your game

  • Every team member has a different skill and ability so don't be afraid to experiment and swap out at any time

  • NPCs that have been(REDACTED) do not have a dialogue tree nor can you get any items from them so try and prevent that from happening.

  • Remember to hang out with your friend to build your social links with them for new abilities and skills

  • If your are ever stuck and want to know what to do next read your book of static

  • Take your shots, they'll save your life. If you find yourself on the verge of death, the injections will boost you back to full health and give you specific buffs. This doesn't come without a cost though, your future will be affected by this.
  • Remember to constantly have someone perform maintenance on your weapons.
  • Playing as solely one character will always be harder than coordinating with a team.. Though that has its own monetary rewards too.
  • Your leads to finding a Yokai may not always lead you to the right place. Keep referencing your guides and assess everything properly.
  • Save your progress by updating the Inspectors and Squad Leaders on the current case by phone. You can also save by heading home or the police station.
  • Don't die. We will always need people like you. Practice the basic stances and combos every now and again.

This idea is so cool!! These would be mine:
· Some people still believe in asters. They might have been right all along.
· Look out for your wings. Enough damage to them can cause a temporal loss of powers.
· Always listen to Khaus. He knows more than you do, which doesn't mean that you can trust him.
· Keep your face hidden at the cities. Some civilians might not react kindly to draconic features.
· Try bargaining with the local merchants. They might trade goods or secrets.
· There are six schools of aster magic: Divination, Sealing, Restoration, Protection, Alteration and Elder.
· Talk to Shade to know about the next destination, at least you can trust he won't lie about that.
· Check your surroundings, you might find metal scraps. Use them at the camp to upgrade your gear.
· Be careful. They're always watching

Mine would defiantly be survival horror.
-keep an eye on your sanity meter. Having it go down to far will lead to a number of debilitations for your character.
-Pick up everything. Ammunition and weapons are scarce be conservative with what you have.
-Glowing spots indicate hauntings. Ghosts might have something useful to say or try to kill you.
-Ghouls don't feel pain and won't stop until its damage meter is 0.
-Glamor Engines only have so much charge. if it empties your monstrous appearance will become visible.
-Cause distractions. Having crowds gather will lead to a loss in anonymity.

  • Avoid looking directly at a soul eater, making eye contact with them will damage your health.
  • Remember, you only have one life, if you lose you'll be forced to go a sandbox with nothing to do but vide and eat fruit.
  • You can avoid the "heartbroken" status debuff by voiding getting attached to a character.
  • Remember, you're never at the top of the food chain, but neither are your enemies...
  • Some soul eaters also hunt during the day and don't mind witnesses, it's always best to power walk in the opposite direction.
  • The plot might get in your way from time to time, you either deal with it or die.
  • Spice will force you to upgrade your stats whether you want it or not, so it's best if you just listen to her.

This is actually a pretty unique idea!

*Don't trust anything
*If you see long hair, probably run.
*No, it doesn't want to be your friend
*Even if you follow these tips, you'll probably still die.

  • If you see someone walking around Moonblush, talk to them! Townsfolk see a lot of strange things, and they love to talk about it.

  • Earning money is easy with side quests. See someone mowing their lawn? Offer to finish it for them!

  • Remember not to spend too much time in the Dark Garden. If you start to see new forest growth, get out before you're charmed!

  • If you need health, you can use Opal to fast travel back to Old Moonblush for a bite to eat at the Ubermunch Junk Food Emporium, Big Figaro's Pizzarrhea, or any of the many restaurants across town.

  • Want to finish your map of Nightdrift County quick? Head to Mount Skyladder and try your hand at climbing for a bird's eye view! But be careful--your endurance will sink fast, so bring plenty of camping gear. You're in it for the long haul!

  • Be wary of raccoons in Brookwood Forest. They'll make off with all your food and camping gear if you camp in the wrong place!

  • Lost in Mark Aldo's hedge maze? Look closely at the lanterns.

  • Playing as Ava Baker allows you to instantly fast travel, so consider using her to gather information quickly from across Nightdrift County. But don't run Opal ragged, or she'll ignore your whistles for a while.

This Is actually written like a legitimate loading screen, I love it. And now I'm very intrigued by what your comic is all about

Haha, you know so much of this has either barely been touched in the comic or hasn't really been explored just yet. But after the current story arc of The Dreaming Tree, I plan to do a series of much shorter stories that show the kids actually going to many of the places around Moonblush Village and beyond.

The world is pretty well set in my head, it's just that the current story requires a lot of time in Brookwood Forest.

  • Hmit thme R3 tmo swmitch thme pmarts.
  • chmange frmom smomul tmo bmodmy mon R2

  • Trmy tmo Jmump frmom ma hmigh plmace! MA Cmatmen malwmays fmalls mon mall fmomur.
((- Try to Jump from a high place! A Catmen always falls on all four.))

  • Drugs are not the solution
  • Love is not quantifiable
  • If you look tough it doesn't mean you don't cry - a lot.
  • Sometimes thirst cannot be quenched with water.

Ok my comic TLC's loading screen tips

  • Don't go into the basement
  • Not everything is as it seems
  • The butler can't be trusted
  • everyone has a story to tell

I suppose thats more just ominous hints lol?

If that Intrigued you Why not check out TLC?

  • If you see a shooting star, it may actually be a person
  • Take a revigorous potion for max stamina
  • Lonely alchemists are your greatest hope
  • Playing with fire can cause fainting
  • Falling from the skies doesn’t always result in death

Considering I'm creating a visual novel for CS right now, I might actually use some of these tips in the loading screen tbh.

  • While playing as Ronig, there are a number of villagers on Pyll'ar Island that you can speak to. The more you learn the Lasochy’an language, the more you can better understand them.

  • While playing as Roxy, you can pick up new and unique crafting recipes as you go.You can find new recipes by interacting with NPCs and by stumbling upon them as you search.

  • Be aware that you can be killed during a nightmare. The Dusk prowlers aren't the only things that lurk at night!

  • Warning: It's always safest to return to the Nethercity before sunset. Otherworldly abominations can end you if you're not careful.

That's a really cool idea. I think mine would have to be:

  • Remember, you can share your inspiration with your party members!
  • You only NEED one set of dice to play TTRPGs, but is that what you WANT?
  • Never feed the Games Master.
  • Always make the players think you know what you're doing (especially if you don't).
  • Shapeshifters are the best. Period.
  • Players will always adopt goblins. Accept this fact and make room for it in your story.

I've only just started posting, but I plan to update every Mon - Fri!
