Okay I have nothing but praise. Its beautiful, the art chefs kiss, the story was melancholic and beautiful and the characters and their dynamic (another kiss). Its just amazing you should at least get some prize in that contest because if not that would be a crime.

The main problem I found it that since this as you said is going to be a planned series, it feels like I was dropped into a middle of an interesting world and I was waiting for some backstory and explanation that never came. Verashana and her her brother's relationship before he became an evil dragon thou was interesting on screen it felt like there was several pages missing, so I it kinda come off as a bit shallow, with their limited screen time, so her killing him though powerful didn't felt like the gut punch I was hoping for.

Overall good job, Hope your full series goes off without a hitch.

Thanks so much for the review! We were hitting the max files for every episode so it was tough to get all of the story in with the 5 episode limit, but that sequence will be a bit longer in the full series since there will be more room to breathe. This was basically a test run to see if we could get the format figured out. The next installment will act as a prequel to explain more of the world and their place in it. Thanks so much for going through it, and I'll definitely keep your feedback in mind. I really appreciate you taking the time to review it!

Final review

age I-Age of darkness by @TheDoublekey

New comic in a manga format which is nice, thou I was so use to reading comics here with the traditional format I forgot I had to adjust which direction to read. The inciting inciting incident is very interesting. Thou a bit cliche but still interesting. Missing siblings and parents and the main cast of brothers wish to find them. They are then sent to an orphanage and we can assume some supernatural stuff is involved. All set up within the the first few episodes nice.

However the world building is a bit confusing thou that's because it still so early. I know are not in modern times with the coaches but I wonder if magic and witchcraft is common place, real or just a thing the desperate believe in and only the stuff involving their family is the only "magical" stuff thats real. I also found it rather surreal to see two characters that look like late teenagers to young adults being sent to an orphanage. Generally this plot is used for characters that look younger and are younger so it was very weird.

Also the art, I know they are brothers but they looked so alike I constant mixed them up with the black and white style with the only indicator of difference is that one of them as two tiny tuffs on the head.

I see your points, especially the fact that the two brothers may confuse due to their similar looks.
As you said, the world building is not very clear yet because it's the beginning, but I assure you everything will become much clearer with the upcoming chapters. For the witchcraft part, I can just tell you that something big is going to happen in the near future .
There's still lots of things I have to improve upon and this review just gave me extra motivation!
