I'm new here and I have a question of a manga that I do

So let me start with this... First I made my own manga called Two Minds (hehe I'm nervous xD ) anyway I've been doing this from last year ups sorry let me tell you about it, two minds it's about a young adult 19 years old and his name is Alan , weird scientists take him in a van and make him drink a liquid that gives him a monster but. He doesn't know so , the basic thing for this is , Alan's journey with this monster and his friends also his love for a girl and that he is going to face consequences (because they want to kill him).. I'm 15 I'm just saying and I don't know what to do... Help!!!

Like everyone else has pointed out, you just need to start posting. It sounds like you know where you want to go with the story! Unless there is a specific question, the sooner you start drawing/posting it the better~

I hate to be the sixth person to ask this but; what specifically are you asking for help with? Are you concerned your premise makes no sense? Do you not know how to publish it? What is it you need help with?

The way I interpret this is that Danielhernandez3214 has been developing this story last year till now, knows the rough direction the story should go, but feels there needs to be more organization and specific events for the story to flow. With nervousness would like help with decisions for a clear mind to continue with the making of Two Minds.

If so make an outline for each character, then make notes of connections their connections to each other. This should help with providing more continent that is natural for the characters to go through. Make an organised timeline of events too (it will help). That should help start you on a path to continue.

Just ask yourself "why"
Why did the scientists give him the liquid?
Why did he get a monster, of all things?
Why is he on the journey?
Why is did you choose Alan to be the protagonist?
Why are you telling the story this way?
Why did you make this story?
Try not to go with one sentence answers. Make answers that generate more "why" questions until you create a situation where everything comes together and answers each other. Naturally, all details, meanings, information, etc. will come out if you keep doing this. You have a very basic idea that needs development. The quality of a story depends on the effort of the author, so don't worry about your age. Good luck.

The more you develop the more peaces you have to fit in this fun and grand puzzle. If you need help people will help. As for nervousness-- it takes bravery to even ask for stuff like this so you already got what it takes to get over it. You are on the way to giving the world a story that they will enjoy and nobody can stop you!

It's just the problem is that I've done this manga in paper, literally with paper xD so my question is... What's program that'll help me to do this manga and I'm just doing it in paper so I don't have quite an idea how to START this .. Sorry if you got confused lol

Maybe it is me and my ESL as I am still a little confused. You want a program to help you star drawing your manga? To start publishing your manga?

If you want to know how to publish your manga on Tapastic, it is very simple. They have guidelines for it as well. You go to your settings when logged in and press the button for start a series. You name it, give it genres, give it a picture

Also, I saw your other post saying you literally did your manga in paper. Are you saying they are origami/cut outs? I would think a way to work with that is to take pictures of them with a solid color background and then post those on Tapastic.

no no, haha by paper i mean, drawings, but you know it doesn't mater anymore, but still thank you to all for helping me or whatever XD. ill just contact a publisher or something if i can XD

well I draw my stuff on paper, and I'd say either use a scanner or a good camera and then mess with the values in pixlr editor until it looks like how you want it, there's not usually a significant quality drop if you do it right.
with camera make sure there's a good lighting that's not directly overhead, and angle the camera straight at the page on a flat surface.
