what kind of skills would you be looking for in someone wanting to apply to work at tapastic?
I really like the rough art style. there's so many ways it could develop! I'll keep it in mind but I'm saving the big update for round 2 and I have a whole spreadsheet cooking up right now for it.

Lots of numbers. Generally not good to put too many specifics all at once into the prologues, it tends to feel like one is studying for a quiz rather than taking a peek into the past.
