The POD we have created is to help with the engagement on the stuff we post on our feed. Instagram has changed its algorithm (the system that shares and exposes our posts to the main public) so that they won't be seen by others if there is no engagement on them.
In the past, they had a simple system making it so that it was based on WHEN you posted and thus is were available in chronological order. (this is no longer in use!)
SO! what we can do is gather up a group in a chat of max 32 ppl that want to help boost the engagement and activity on a post.
What you need to do is simply just type in "POSTED" in the group chat and then we can fly over to give it a like and leave a relevant comment. (keep it genuine and ditch out the fake stuff 
) and then when others make a posted message then you fly over to them and return the favor.
We also get to share experiences with each other and overall just socialize as creators working on different projects, so there is no need for you to feel scared at all
