Hello everyone!

My name is Derrick G. Wood and I am the creator of Rogue Symmetry. I am brand-spankin'-new to Tapastic and I just wanted to introduce myself.

Rogue Symmetry is a single panel cartoon that is generally rated PG-13 at it's worst. I started my blog in June of 2011, moved on to Sherpa (GoComics) in Sept 2011, started selling my toons on a freelance basis in 2012, and saw my first toons in print n 2013. I don't want that ball to stop a-rolling, so here's to a great 2014!

I started this tooning thing in 2011 when I decided I wanted to teach myself how to draw. I had never taken (and still have not taken) a single drawing/sketching class in my life. That may seem painfully obvious to some of you lucky jerks who draw naturally! ( This is where I enter a so you know I am joking, right? ) Anyhow, I've come a long way and learned a lot and have had a lot of fun, but, there is still so much to realize, so much to do, so much to draw!

Stop on in, laugh, groan, whatever you need to do.

Hello Everyone! I am new here. I am Kendrick from Malaysia. I have my own webcomic blog but once I stumbled upon Tapastic, I would love to learn more, grow and get to know everyone here!

I am the author of #kendylife and just started to post a few episodes into it (I only have one series up at the moment) . It's the story of myself being transformed into comic in my normal, epic days with the company of 2 imaginary friends, Natsuko the Japanese doll like figure and Kuma (Means "bear" in Japanese language) the Dragon.

Anyways, I'm just your average artist-to-be and I hope to grow with you all!

Last but not least, any awesome comics recommend for me to read? I am glad to add your awesomely comics in my reading list because I loved to read comics!

Hello everyone! My name is Jake Stueber, and I am an artist from New Jersey. I recently graduated from the Kubert School, which specializes in comic book and commercial art.

My current (and first) series is called Zizzo P.I. http://tapastic.com/series/Zizzo-PI , and it's about a pair of detectives who live in a society without organized law. I've got quite a few issues planned, and I'll be selling physical copies, among other things, at the upcoming Asbury Park Comic Con. Tapastic people,

I am a man that thinks his words carefully, due to my intensive reading habits. Since I was little (around 8 or 9) I started reading out of pleasure. When middle school started, I joined the theater group in my school and in the third year, I started creating sketches on my own. That's when I thought to myself, that I should give writing a chance. When I was 15 I started with DeviantArt. But my ambition was too big and wasted a year in a novel I couldn't finish (well, it reached the 200.000 Words, but I was barely one third done with it). I started then writing short stories and decided to change the language to english (before that, it was only spanish). It was a kind of generational desilusion, I think. Most of the writers I had got the chance to know left their projects without endings, too. Now, having the skills of a writer and almost no skill in art, I dive into what the internet calls "Webcomics". Comics are short, but can have an intensive and elaborate writing. I don't have as many tools as I had in writing. I can't use a descriptive pause to inform the reader what the surroundings look like. I use MS paint (in fact, I feel oddly proud about it) and make every single strip of Stereoaddictions using my mouse. I'm still of the mind that I need the right words and the comic format is just something to make everything less dense and more fluid. That doesn't discard the fact my art looks like what a five year old can do.

Stereoaddictions is what you get when you combine lyrics and characters with strong attitudes all in a world where piracy is something you leave to the pros. We have the guy that listens to metal, that guy that listens to techno, that one there listens to pink floyd and the doors, that one over there listens to videogame soundtracks, etceteras, successives etceteras ... If you think of yourself a music connoisseur, you'll have a laugh. If you really don't know anything about music, read the story and meanwhile discover some incredible soundtracks.

TL;DR? Hi, I'm looking for an artist that wants to collab with me to make a webcomic about some people listening to music.

Hello, I'm Daisam, but you can call me Sam. I currently am writing two comic series on the web, but you can only find one of them on Tapastic.

Familiarized! is an old idea I have had about a girl who just doesn't know the kind of person she is. She has always followed the rules, but now she is lost as her goals had turned out a failure. She slowly begins to be surrounded by people that will show her a life she's never dreamed of all the while trying to stop a military war she was going to be a part of. Familiarized is based off myself from the start but became a whole new story of itself. I hope to see people enjoy it, if not for the art but for the story. To relate to the decisions one must make in their lives and the outcomes they bring.

I am a novice when it comes to comics, but with each attempt I put in it grows a little bit each time. I hope to see other's read and enjoy this comic. I'll be putting out a chapter a month, as long as I can get the pages done. Each chapter is split into two parts except for a few of them.

I will also share a couple series I like from this site: one of them I Lunar Cry, a series that I found interesting and wanting more of. Another is Pause, which happens to be the comic i found coming to this site. Both are really good artists and authors and I hope you enjoy them too!

My name is Myl and I'm really new to this site and the webcomicing world. I'm the creator of the new series: Hacheeachkee

It is about a Machucan named Introproretro Triocto Sketaldaz and his adventures with a Universal Traveler named Audikendi Nemomari Ekanoi Lishyn or just Kadi for short. Going abroad was always a dream of mine, being able to explore the world and its cultures. This comic is a bit of a manefesto of beloved characters exploring the universe, learning new cultures and life lessons, all with different reasons.
The series is fairly new so give it some time. I'm currently just of Introproretro's story at the moment, the darkest in the chapter. It can be a mature comic at times: violence, primarily, so have some discretion.

It would be VERY helpful if you gave critiques or thoughts on the story so far. If you want any other info on it you can check out my Tumblr or my Facebook. There I have little extras like drawings, illustrating/answering questions, posting quizzes and language dictionaries and etc.

Hey. I'm Jeremy. I just started An Earth to Defend here. It's an action/sci fi strip with spies and superheroes, set during the Cold War. I'll update it every Sunday and Wednesday. I've got several of them done already, so I can guarantee it'll be regular.

Question: Do you prefer long chapters that scroll down or short strips that you have to click to get to the next one? I can do mine either way. Right now, I was planning on adding updates below the previous ones within the same episode. Opinions? Pros and cons?
