Hi all, glad to have opened my account here. Looking around it's clear the community is strong, supportive and full of very creative people.

I'm Ken Reynolds, a Graphic Designer, Comic Book Letterer, and Writer.

I joined, primarily, to have a place to host a completed comic book #0 issue, with a view to building an audience for a future fundraising campaign. Now I'm here I've realised it will be a perfect home for a series of comic strips I worked on a few years back too.

Hi, I'm Caley Tibbittz Collopy. I'm somewhat Irish, 34, married to wonderful lady, and I love cats (my wife brought a fat baby cat into my life, Meleika). Hey, I'm Pat! I've been putting out Andy Christ comics for the last three years and just recently moved them all to Tapastic, looking for more of a community than I've had before. I just started releasing pages from my fifth book.

Andy Christ is about a little boy named Andy, the devil’s six-year-old son. It's a narrative comedic horror story with influences from Tim Burton, Edward Gorey, Jhonen Vasquez, Scud the Disposable Assassin, and Scott Pilgrim.

The sweet-natured but genetically evil Andy is headed for a tug of war between destiny and choice. Is it really possible to be born evil? Will he succumb to his darker nature and end the world? Along the way, he has horrible adventures involving demon possession, zombie squirrels, paranormal police, mindless monsters who feed on human pain, and the demented administration of the Our Lady of Eternal Shame Orphanage. He’ll have help from his friends, the demon-possessed and clinically depressed teddy bear “Frooky” and the dangerously disturbed but remarkably resourceful Manic Mimi.

I've been following a lot of comics but if I had to pick a few favorites so far, they'd be:

roomZero - I was really lucky to discover this on day one. It's relatively new and it's really unique horror story.
The Creators - It's sort of like X-Men with teenage artists whose drawings become real. It's one of those ideas I wonder why no one ever had before.
Monsters - Right up my alley. Short horror stories about monsters. Gorgeous line drawings and the stories are perfectly stripped down and archetypal.
BottleCap - A really cool, moody genre exercise.

Hi everyone~! I've seen awesome comics everywhere!

I am ChronosPuppeteer or Su, and I am currently taking Game Design in a local polytechnic here in Singapore. I have always thought of starting a webcomic series but I did not have the motivation nor the courage to do. But after encouragement from my friends and family, I decided to give it a go! A friend of mine pointed me to Tapastic and after lots of browsing, I pick up my tablet pen and start up a mini-series named "How To: Daily Life"

Hi there, my name is Kevin, and it tooks me a whole YEAR to finally introduce myself (slowly clap). First things firts, lt me tll you the basic information about myself and WHY I'm introducing myself at this heights of my stay...

First of all, I'm a 23 years old male human form from México, I'm actually studying a Master degree in History of Art, and I like all kinds of lemon flavoured desserts, being the leomn pie my favorite one so far (have you ever tasted lemon pie ice-cream, is a total FTW). Another basic information that you need to know about me, is that drawing is a serious bussiness for me, I'm looking in the futre to illustrate childrens books about history, or even work into making historical comics for educational porpouses (My actual plan is to illustrate La Chanson de Roland).

Now, about my likes and fandoms: I really love cats and I hate spiders and another kind of insects, I also enjoy joging, acting, singing (with my really horrendous voice), dubbing stufs, and also I enjoy reading ALOT, my favorite books so far are: Demian, The Hobbit, Jack and the cuckoo-clock heart, The Harry Potter Saga, The Giver, The Black Army, Percy Jackson, and so on (I laso love historical texts, but I ather keep it smple because it's my introduction, not a post related to "tell us bout you book life"). In other hand, I also love alot of animations, but my favorite ones so far are: Dan Vs, Packages from Planet X, Viewtiful Joe, Venture Bros., American Dragon Jake Long, Martin Mystery, Superjail!, Legend of Korra, Generator Rex and other ones, in vdeogames, you can talk with me about: Skullgirls, Persona 3 and 4, Pokémon, Soul Calibur, Clock Tower, Haunting Ground, Fatal Frame.

Now...the big deal, about me, remeber that I told you about it took me a year to introduce myself (I think I have already done it, but it was in a bad time of the day) well, It's because I'm hella shy, but I'm also hella fiendly (friendship are serious bussiness man), that's why I'm finally introducing myelf into the Tapastic world to let you know who I am, also I tend to be kinda acid and sarcastic, but keep it low for the good.

Nothing more to say about me, It woul be really great if I can sart eeting new people here beside the ones I idolize their works. In the mean tiem come and say anything to me , well...See ya pals!

Hi everyone! This place is already taking up a lot of my time, and I've only been here two weeks... Uh-oh, goodbye productivity.

I'm a professional illustrator and designer, usually working with bands and music venues, sometimes big corporations and such. Until 30 I was trying to be a comic artist, then quit the moment I was published. Now, it's a release (provided there's enough time to make comics, of course).

Anyway, I have one webcomic here (Flamefoxes - http://tapastic.com/series/Flamefoxes#_=_) at the moment. It's a continuation of a strip I started 2 years ago featuring characters I created when I was 6 years old and a huge fan of Thundercats, He-Man and Transformers. The character designs in Flamefoxes don't seek to hide that in any way. It's not strictly a parody, as there are no real 80s cartoon tropes. I draw with a ballpoint pen and PS colours, in the style of 6-year-old me, and write in the style of 36-year-old me. New episodes daily, with classics as a daily bonus until they run out.

So my name is Thao Thao. I go by tarocakes on tapastic and I've been on hiatus for a while and only recently got back into comic making. I've been working on a new comic that chronicles a mental journey of a young girl. It's a bit of a coming of age story. It takes me a while to update as I do it in full color.

I need a bit of feedback when it comes to the font though. I generally enjoy reading smaller fonts but I know that not everyone reads on the same size device so this is the link to my first comic page pg1

So my question is how readable is the font? Should I make it bigger?

You should probably make it bigger, that way it's readable on mobile. You can never go too big when it comes to text. (As long as it doesn't interfere with the art)

Hi, My name is Veronika, and I've started hanging out in Tapastic Forum a few weeks ago, but I thought I'd introduce myself properly here. I am an Indonesian who live permanently in Australia, and officially I'm a freelance website/graphic designer. I started drawing comics again April this year after a-10-year hiatus. My comic strip Veronika's Little World is based on my everyday life as a stay-at-home mum. Ever wonder what it's like to be stuck at home with two little children under the age of 7 every single day? That's what my comics all about: parenting (mis)adventures where running the lives of two little people become both the highest and the lowest of my days. And when you can't get even with them, you just throw your hands in the air and start drawing comics! snickers

Currently in my reading list are these wonderful comics: All This Doubt (hilarious slice of life and loveable characters), The Outer Door (I love a great horror suspense), Miss Abbott and the Doctor (historical romance Anne of Green Gables style! - too bad there is not enough of this kind of romance around Tapastic). Have you ever feared breaking the toilet lock and getting stuck in the toilets? This is what happens to Mister Latrin in a public restroom one evening.
And he soon realizes that the toilets he is stuck in is full of dangers...

Inspector Notrong and Commissionner Hamirite try to solve an intricate case: a fight between gangs motivated by a mysterious coin.

I'm STX, Brazilian and I love manga. For sometime I created manga in Brazil in portuguese only and now I decided to bring some of them to english. Recently I post here in Tapastic the first one, Bokushi: > Binho, a young pastor of 100 sheeps has to deal with his everyday occupation with many confusions, mostly done by Punky: The genious pig and Clod: The Squint Black Sheep. The duo of "brothers" aways try to help the farm creating some inventions that never ends well.

While mostly of my manga are comedy, I'm working in some projects that will be eventually here, like a seinen and a shoujo manga as below:
