Ipad illustrators

HEY you guys! does anyone know any good drawing apps for the ipad? can ya use full out photoshop on it? or somethin like photoshop?
ones that can open photoshop files at least would be tops

Procreate is pretty good! Have you tried that one yet? I think there is a version of PS but I like procreate better I've only messed around on other people's iPads so maybe you'll have a different software preference as you use it longer

Yeah Procreate is the only app worth mentioning for serious artist working with an iPad.
If you use a Pro there's Affinity Photo but it really geared towards photo manipulation, and a lil bit of vector art. It basically have most Photoshop function.
For the sole purpose of drawing there's no better option than Procreate right now. It's freaking cheap too.

Seconding procreate. If you're looking for a free alternative similar to SAI, Medibang paint is also good!
