I know some people who will post them in between chapters/arcs, otherwise they just interrupt the flow of the story.
As for the information in them, some people like the little tidbits, others could not care less. I think so long as you aren't writing a thesis on the character you're fine. xD

I probably just put some trivial things like DoB, height/weight, their favourite food/color/whatever, or their embarrassing trivia in it that it's still fun and won't spoil the story.

They key is make every little information valuable and shape the character like a human being, it's the little thing

In my opinion, unless I am super invested in a comic, I skip bios until I reach the point where I want to learn more about the characters themselves. Some comics I just like for the content but other comics I have fallen for the characters. When I have reached the point where I really love the characters, it is then I look for more info about them. It's all about attachment in my opinion, but that's just me. Maybe others like to learn about characters they have just met but I need to be invested first.

As for bios for my comic, it has it's own gallery on DeviantArt as a means of providing guest artist both references and a little info about them. Warning, though, lots of spoilers for story lines not yet happening!

Do you guys like to put these kinds of sheets in the comics somewhere? Do you guys enjoy reading these? I really like reading everyone's character sheets, makes me feel like I need to do it more, lol.

If you guys are interested, I needed a better way to organize all my story information, so I started using a D&D worldbuilding website WorldAnvil.
