I'm totally in the same boat as you rn.
From exploring youtube, being into certain speedpaint vids over others, and trying it out myself just recently... I've learned that the best thing you can do is be consistent.
You don't even need intro or outro cards in all seriousness. If that's not your aesthetic, then don't do it. If you like doing videos that are under 10 minutes, then keep all of them under 10 and let that be your shtick "speedy speed art." lol
I think as long as you aren't trying so many different approaches within the first year of having a YT channel, you'll be good! An audience likes to know what to expect. So keep to your thing and display that in the way YOU want to consistently.
