Tapas will flag you. My comics was 30+ episodes in and I got an email with a list of changes. They were very picky about any nudity at all, showing too much butt etc. I had a line on a bathing suit and they said it was an outline of genitalia. Note, my comics is not sexual in any way. It's not even trying to be sly and hide the fan service. So I would error on the side of caution.
